At PowerTri.com we believe that it's far easier to keep a customer than it is to find one. Now that you've found us, we want you to keep coming back for all your triathlon purchases. Shipping Policy

We use UPS and United States Postal Service to ship anywhere in the US and around the world (except for Nigeria and Israel). Shipping is determined by product weight. During the checkout process, you'll see the shipping options before you have to complete the purchase. All USPS Priority and UPS Ground shipping will generally ship within 1 business day, excluding holidays. Free Ground Shipping orders will generally ship within 2 business days, excluding holidays. If there are delays or an item is not currently in stock we will notify you.

We offer Free UPS Ground Shipping on all orders over $49.00. This Free Ground Shipping offer includes the Continental US only.

Simply enter FREESHIP49 as the coupon code during checkout and select UPS Ground as the shipping option. This discount code may not be combined with any other discount codes.

International Orders - We'll gladly ship worldwide!
It's great to see how many people across the world all have triathlons in common. We ship internationally via USPS Express Mail International (EMS). Shipping usually takes 3-5 days to arrive at port of entry. Then your local postal service takes it the rest of the way. Some items may be delayed at customs which could add several more days to the delivery time.

Please check with your local customs office for any applicable import duties and taxes. These additional fees are your responsibility. If you decide to not pick up your package from customs, you may have it returned to us but you will still be responsible for the shipping charges plus all other additional fees.

Return Policy

We understand that sometimes an item you bought just doesn't give you that warm and fuzzy feeling. You can return any unused item to us within 30 days of purchase. As long as the item is in New condition with the original tags, we'll gladly refund your money or exchange it for something else in our store. Other than defective items, any package shipped back to us for a return or exchange will be at your expense. Please carefully pack the item and send it back to us along with Your Name, Order #, and reason for the return or exchange. We'll cover the shipping cost back to you (domestic orders only) and ship the package via UPS Ground or USPS.

If you received a Free item with your purchase and you return your purchase, you will be charged the retail value of the Free item.

If your item has been slightly used and abused please contact us and we may still be able to refund a portion of your payment.

For defective items please contact us and let us know about the problem. Some manufactures require that you send the item back to them directly.
