A word on our policies
At PowerTri.com we believe that it's far easier to keep a customer than it is to find one. Now that you've found us, we want you to keep coming back for all your triathlon purchases. Shipping Policy
We use UPS and United States Postal Service to ship anywhere in the US and around the world (except for Nigeria and Israel). Shipping is determined by product weight. During the checkout process, you'll see the shipping options before you have to complete the purchase. All USPS Priority and UPS Ground shipping will generally ship within 1 business day, excluding holidays. Free Ground Shipping orders will generally ship within 2 business days, excluding holidays. If there are delays or an item is not currently in stock we will notify you.
We offer Free US Ground Shipping on all orders over $49.00. This Free Ground Shipping offer includes the Continental US only. Orders shipped via Free Ground Shipping will be shipped via the US Postal Service or UPS. Unfortunately, there is no way to guarantee that your order will be shipped via a specific method when you choose standard delivery unless you have a P.O. Box. If you have a P.O. Box, all orders will be shipped via the US Postal Service.

International Orders - We'll gladly ship worldwide!
It's great to see how many people across the world all have triathlons in common. We ship internationally via USPS Express Mail International (EMS). Shipping usually takes 3-5 days to arrive at port of entry. Then your local postal service takes it the rest of the way. Some items may be delayed at customs which could add several more days to the delivery time.
Please check with your local customs office for any applicable import duties and taxes. These additional fees are your responsibility. If you decide to not pick up your package from customs, you may have it returned to us but you will still be responsible for the shipping charges plus all other additional fees.
Return Policy
We understand that sometimes an item you bought just doesn't give you that warm and fuzzy feeling. You can return any unused item to us within 60 days of purchase. As long as the item is in New condition with the original tags, we'll gladly refund your money or exchange it for something else in our store.
If you received a Free item with your purchase and you return your purchase, you will be charged the retail value of the Free item.
If your item has been slightly used and abused please contact us and we may still be able to refund a portion of your payment.
In order to send an item back to us, please carefully pack it and include a note with the PowerTri.com Order Number and reason for the return.
Discount Codes
Discount Codes may be used for regularly priced items only. Discount Codes will not be applied to items already on Sale.
